12 hour stair climb training

Week #6 

Down Week

Workout: Sprint workout
Goal: Give myself a down week without a long climb and do some sprints.
Location: Springfield Hilton, Springfield IL

Splits: 

1.)  4:40 warm up climb
2.)  3 x (sub 3 minute climbs with 2 minutes rest between)
             2:45
             2:47
             2:55
5.)  4:50 cool down climb
6.)  12 x 5 floor sprints with 1 minute rest between
